Question: what is the "Kerhamptons"???  Is that something Kermit the Frog burped out of his little green mouth?  Poor Kermie!!

No, the real reason for the Kerhamptons is the next 2008 market crash!!!  Housing market bubble will burst! 
 
Can we say overpriced?  Can we say a travesty?  An injustice?  What is wrong with America you may ask??? 

One simple resounding answer --- greed. 

It's the greediness and desperation and selfishness of an entire generation of Americans, who don't give a damn about the future generations. 
 
Kermit wants to get out of the City, head for the Kerhamptons!!
